Intimate Partner Violence
Integrating comprehensive intimate partner violence (IPV) prevention, screening, and intervention into home visiting services supports families experiencing IPV. The IPV CoIIN supports awardees of the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program and their local implementing agencies (LIAs) to integrate into daily practice a universal education on healthy and unhealthy relationships, and offer self-identified support services to, and systematize follow-ups with, survivors of IPV enrolled in MIECHV-funded programs.
