Well-Child Visits

A critical part of the healthy development of children and their families is identifying and strengthening synergies among the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program, the families who receive services, and primary care providers. Understanding the importance of this relationship, the Well-Child Visit (WCV) CoIIN assists MIECHV awardees and their local implementing agencies (LIAs) with employing cross-sector partnerships and amplifying family voice to help children receive the well-child visits that are essential for lifelong health and well-being.
