This fact sheet uses the work of the Health Equity CoIIN to explore how home visiting programs can advance health equity and provide services that help remove obstacles to health, such as poverty, discrimination, and their consequences, including powerlessness and lack of access to good jobs with fair pay, quality education and housing, transportation, safe environments, and health care.
