HV CoIIN 3.0 topics offer MIECHV awardees and local implementing agencies (LIAs) a unique opportunity to test evidence-based and innovative strategies to achieve breakthrough improvements in Caregiver Depression, Staff Recruitment & Retention, or Health Equity in home visiting! Why Now?

  • Center health equity! Teams will receive guidance on building diverse CQI teams and create community histories that facilitate a shared understanding of the roots of inequities.

  • Fulfill MIECHV CQI Plan requirements

  • Access streamlined, well-tested interventions that are most useful to get what works to more people in less time.

  • Gain access to a specialized team of improvement advisors, expert topic faculty, experienced parent leaders, and equity coaches ready to support you every step of the way.


Who Can Apply?

  • All state and territory MIECHV awardees and their selected LIAs interested in improving program outcomes in one of the available topics (caregiver depression, staff recruitment and retention, and health equity).

  • A MIECHV awardee lead should complete the application on behalf of their state or territory team.

  • We encourage MIECHV awardees to review the FAQ section, What will LIAs do? What is the time commitment? with their interested LIAs and support each LIA to complete a brief survey here.



  • Awardee participation will kick off with an orientation call on December 15, 2022; the preparatory period for awardees will continue through March 2023.

  • LIA participation begins April 2023 and concludes April 2024.



Submit your application by November 30, 2022, to join Lead the Change 

Participants will be notified in early December.
