Who Can Apply?

All state and territory MIECHV awardees and their selected LIAs interested in improving program outcomes in one of the available topics (caregiver depression, staff recruitment and retention, and health equity).

A MIECHV awardee lead should complete the application on behalf of their state or territory team.

We encourage MIECHV awardees to review the FAQ section, What will LIAs do? What is the time commitment? with their interested LIAs and support each LIA to complete a brief survey here.
Timeline:

Awardee participation will kick off with an orientation call on December 15, 2022; the preparatory period for awardees will continue through March 2023.

LIA participation begins April 2023 and concludes April 2024.
Submit your application by November 30, 2022, to join Lead the Change
Participants will be notified in early December.
Review the slides and recording from the Application Info Session held on October 25.
