June Developmental Screening Topic Call


In this topic call:

  • Faculty expert Paul Dworkin reviewed the first primary driver (Reliable and effective systems for surveillance and screening), including its rationale and key components.
  • The team from Family Connections in New Jersey reviewed their first PDSA around implementing a tool timeline and tickler system to provide better reminders and follow-up on ASQ completion.
  • The team from Family Futures in Michigan presented on their PDSA about a procedure to improve the accuracy of data collection and analysis by involving home visitors in determining the number of ASQs due to be completed each month.
  • Improvement Advisor Mary Catherine Arbour lead an exercise on determining the appropriate scale for a PDSA test.
